Southern Comforts

I just got back from New Orleans this weekend, and I’m still recovering, but it was an amazing experience. For my first time being down south and in that city, it felt like places traversed before and completely new. Streetcars on Canal St framed by palm trees just outside the French Quarter. Lush and humid, the city was bursting with character that provided plenty of inspiration to capture.

On the return trip, we stopped through Chicago’s O’Hare Airport, and drawn to the lines, decided to use the iPhone apps Halide + Darkroom to play around with the mood.
